This notice states what AI can and cannot do and when licensed counsel must take over, so efficiency does not come at the cost of misleading claims, unauthorized practice or unclear accountability.
1. You are interacting with AI
LawWorld AI in the workspace is an AI legal production system, not a human lawyer. The interface labels AI drafts, unverified sources and lawyer-review status and does not present the system as licensed counsel.
2. Tasks AI may perform
Within the facts and scope you confirm, AI may structure intake, search authorized knowledge, compare clauses, produce risk lists, research drafts, contract drafts, formatting and revisions, and log available tools and sources.
3. Tasks AI cannot replace
AI does not form a lawyer-client relationship, make final legal judgments, communicate for you, appear, sign, file, accept service or monitor deadlines. It cannot guarantee that citations remain current or address facts you did not disclose.
4. When counsel must intervene
Governing law, material risk choices, negotiating positions, signability, regulatory filings, dispute strategy and formal delivery require review by counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Formal engagement also requires conflicts clearance, acceptance and an engagement agreement.
5. Data and model processing
Input enters the controlled AI chain only after itemized consent. Underlying models or providers may change without expanding the disclosed purpose; a new location, recipient or high-risk use requires an updated notice and any required authorization.
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive data. Choosing a candidate lawyer does not itself transmit your materials.
6. Sources, confidence and human review
If no verifiable source is returned, the system must mark it for verification and not present model memory as retrieved fact. Law, cases, regulatory positions, citations and factual assumptions require verification before formal use. You may request sources, correct context or ask for human review.
7. Automated matching and fairness
Counsel recommendations are assistive rankings based on jurisdiction, practice, language and professional profile. No material denial or decision is made solely by automation; operations and counsel perform qualification, conflicts and scope review.
8. Using output safely
Do not sign, file, send externally or rely on an AI-labelled draft for material rights before lawyer review. Stop and request regeneration or human review if parties, contract type, jurisdiction, amount, date or citations do not match.
